Returns & Exchanges

At Deschutes Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order; however, due to the nature of food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise and apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a non-perishable merchandise product in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our Bend, Oregon headquarters; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
